Team

It’s always Spring in our world. We cultivate relationships that connect people.

Jeanmarie Boben

Jeanmarie Boben, Executive Recruiter, Spring Search GroupMy name is Jeanmarie Boben and I’ve been recruiting since 2002 in the areas of business management, finance, accounting, marketing, analytics, human resources and operations. I enjoy working with fast paced, growing companies and candidates that match the personalities of those companies. My typical role is working with clients and candidates to find solid matches for open positions – I also bring a deep understanding of sourcing candidates in the new era of recruiting.

My style with clients is focused and collaborative. I like to partner with my clients – really understand what makes sense for them and for their business. I’m realistic. I’m reasonable. I’m a trusted advisor when it comes to recruiting and staffing your company.

My style with candidates is discrete, honest and detailed – I realize that you weren’t expecting my call and I understand that you have options. My goal is to share a potential opportunity with a prospective candidate, understand an individual’s career goals – and network in the event that you might be interested in the opportunity at hand.

My goal is to be a resource to you throughout your career – as a client or candidate.

Tal Zamir

Tal Zamir, Executive Recruiter, Spring Search GroupMy name is Tal Zamir and I’ve been recruiting since 2009 in the areas of marketing, analytics, finance, supply chain and operations. I enjoy working with venture-backed start-up clients where I can leverage my 15+ years of experiences in working with IPO and acquisition driven companies – and the employees that make them tick.

My style with clients is focused and collaborative. I partner with my clients to find the candidates they’d like to target – I also find a few individuals for each search who have a unique background. I like to provide an array of options for our clients.

My style with candidates is friendly, straight forward and realistic – I realize that there are many great opportunities in the Bay Area and this may, or may not, be the right match for the individual. Matching a qualified individual to the right role requires alignment that goes beyond an individual’s resume and experience –I pride myself on presenting the big picture to maximize the opportunity for both sides of the equation.

My goal is to match interesting individuals with our client’s open opportunities – and to be a resource to both sides throughout the process.

Alexandra Johnson

Alexandra Johnson, Executive Recruiter, Spring Search GroupMy name is Alexandra Johnson and I’ve been recruiting since 2002 in the areas of business management, finance, accounting, marketing, supply chain and analytics. My typical role is sourcing a pool of candidates based on the requirements of a specific position from our client.

I use an array of technology to source a pool of candidates, but my main tools are our internal database and LinkedIn Recruiter. I’m technically trained as a recruiting sourcer and consider myself an expert in Boolean based search.

If I catch you live on the telephone, I’m brief and to the point, typically gaining clarifying details and soft information not listed on resumes and social networking sites. I’m most interested in networking with a pool of candidates that fit the requirements of a specific position and gauging their interest in the open role. If you’re interested – we’ll schedule a time to chat further about the opportunity at hand.

My style is light and my questions are broad. My goal is to better understand your experience and determine your interest in our open opportunities.

Todd Zabeau

Todd Zabeau, Executive Recruiter, Spring Search GroupMy name is Todd Zabeau and I’ve been recruiting since 2007 in the areas of finance, accounting, marketing and analytics. I’m the ‘data guy’ behind the call lists for our client searches.

I use an array of technology to source a pool of candidates, but my main tools are Google, social networking sites and information found in the public domain on the internet. I’m technically trained as a recruiting sourcer and consider myself an expert in Boolean based search. I focus on relevance and associations – not just buzz words when doing my sourcing. I typically find contact information located in the public domain on the internet. If you’re curious as to how I found you, Google your name and it should provide you some insight.

My side job is to stay informed of the recent online information and data tools available to the recruiting world – and I ensure Spring Search leverages those latest and greatest sourcing tools.

My style is analytical, technical, relevant and creative. I love deep dive analytics and complex Boolean strings.
